On Tuesday, October 16, 2018, Vladimir Putin and Abdel Fattah el-Sisi held an informal meeting in Sochi: the leaders took a walk along the embankment, talked to tourists and visited one of the restaurants in the city.
The official part of the visit of the President of Egypt to Russia will take place on October 17. The heads of state will discuss key issues of further building up Russian-Egyptian cooperation and exchange views on topical issues on the international agenda. Following the talks, it is planned to sign a number of joint documents.
