Vladimir Putin took part in the plenary meeting of the 22th World Russian People’s Council, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the organization, Moscow,on Thursday, November 1, 2018.
Representatives of all branches of government, leaders of public and religious associations, scientists, education, culture, delegates of Russian communities from far and near abroad are invited to participate in the work of the council.
The World Russian People’s Council was established in May 1993; since February 2009, the head of the cathedral has been the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill.
