Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in the capital of Kyrgyzstan to take part in the meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of State, June 13, 2019.
The main events of the summit will be held on June 14. The summit agenda includes discussions on the SCO’s further development, promotion of practical cooperation to ensure security and stability in Eurasia, and expansion of economic and humanitarian ties of the SCO member states.
Following the discussion, the participants are to adopt a substantial package of documents, including the Bishkek Declaration.
Vladimir Putin is to hold a number of bilateral meetings with foreign leaders.
