During a Cabinet Meeting at the Kremlin, on June 4, Minister for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief Yevgeny Zinichev, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova and Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin reported to President Vladimir Putin and meeting participants about emergency response efforts in Dzerzhinsk, where several explosions occurred at the Kristall enterprise on June 1 in the course of normal operations.
