Because for many years now, they have been focusing and investing enormous resources in ensuring that their audiences - the citizens of their countries - remain aware of what is supposedly the only threat - Russia. in this situation, it is not surprising that they lost sight of the realities and real threats.
Russia calls on NATO members to renew their observance of the principle of military restraint. Concrete constructive proposals to de-escalate tensions in Europe, which Russia had previously submitted to the NATO leadership, remain in place.
