In contrast to the imposition of neoliberal values by the adherents of so-called "social progress" in Western countries, which resembles the "futile efforts" of the Bolshevik "cultural reformers" in the 1920s, Putin said, speaking on Thursday at a meeting of the Valdai International Club.
