Vladimir Putin meets with children's ombudsman Anna Kuznetsova ahead of Children's Day on Monday in Sochi.
Issues of additional assistance to families with children were discussed at the meeting.
Throughout this academic year, the Office of the Children's Ombudsman, together with the prosecutor's office, checked how the presidential order to provide all primary school students with free hot meals is being carried out. They followed literally every gram. Violations were found in 13 regions, in 323 schools - there was no first dish on the approved menu.
An organization such as the Council of Fathers is also actively developing. It already operates in 79 regions.
