On International Children's Day, on Tuesday, Vladimir Putin addressed the participants and guests of the of the Bolshaya Peremena National Festival.
The goal of the competition is to help students discover those abilities that do not fall into the traditional school system and the corresponding subject Olympiads. We are all different. Bolshaya Peremena intends to prove that not only the winner of the Olympiad, conventionally, in chemistry and mathematics, can be successful.
A separate track is designed for adolescents-foreigners studying Russian and focused on getting an education in Russia. 100 winners in this category will be awarded a grant for targeted training in Russian universities.
